CHOCOLATE HILLS:
- The Chocolate Hills are a geological formation in the Bohol Province of the Philippines. There are at least 1,260 hills but there maybe as many as 1,776 hills spread over an area of more than 50 square kilometers (20 sq mi.). They are covered in green grass that turns brown (like chocolate) during the dry season, hence the same.
- The Chocolate Hills is a famous tourist attraction of Bohol. They are featured in the provincial flag and seal to symbolize the abundance of natural attractions in the province. They are in the Philippine Tourism Authority's list of tourist destinations in the Philippines; they have been declared the country's third National Geological Monument and proposed for inclusion in the UNESCO World Heritage. TARSIER:
- The Philippine Tarsier (Carlito syrichta), known locally as mawmag in Cebuano/Visayans and mamag in Luzon, is the species of tarier endemic to the Philippines.
- It is found in the southeastern part of the archipelago, particularly on the islands of Bohol, Samar, Leyte and Mindanao. It is a member of the approximately 45-million-year old family Tarsiidae, whose name is derived from it's elongated "tarsus" or ankle bone. Formerly a member of the genus Tarsius, it is now listed as the only member of the genus Carlito, a new genus named after the conservationist Carlito Pizarras.
- It's geographic range also includes Maripipi Island, Siargao Island, Basilan Island and Dinagat Island. Tarsiers have also been reported in Sarangani, although they may be different subspecies.
- It was intoduced to western biologists during the 20th century.

BUTTERFLY SANCTUARY:
- Nature preservation is one of the things Filipinos specifically Boholanos are concentrating in the past years.

- Another impressive creature found in Bohol, specifically in the town of Maribojoc, Samantha, a Burmese Python is now one of the island's tourist destination. Although it is not as highly visited as Prony the Python in the town of Albur, the private owners with the help of the local Government Units gradually improve the place to entice tourist to visit the town.

LOBOC FLOATING RESTAURANT:
- One of the main attractions of Bohol in the Philippines is the Loboc River and it's Floating Restaurants. Loboc River is also known as Loay River, situated in Poblacion Ondol, Loboc, Bohol and is 15-20 minutes away from the Blood Compact Site. The long Loboc River is a host to many small bancas and floating restaurants. Visitors, both locals and foreigners are treated with utmost care and foods being served are mainly Filipino cuisine and local dishes.
- A cruise along the river starts either from the Loay Bridge or at the Poblacion of Loboc. The Loay Bridge is 20 kilometers from Tagbilaran City, the main city of Bohol while the Poblacion is 25 kilometers away. In Loay, the Floating restaurant travels upstream from the starting point and at Poblacion the resto travels downstream. The Loay starting point is preferable as the stretch is longer.
MAN-MADE FOREST:
- The Bohol man-made forest is the first and only man-made forest in the Philippines. It is mainly composed of Mahogany trees about 2 kilometers stretched densely in towns of Bilar and Loboc. It is 5 minutes away from Simply Butterflies Conservation Center and 20 minutes from Tagbilaran City, the lone City of Bohol. Before entering the Bohol man made forest, one can see the variety of trees and giant ferns along the road.
- The Bohol man made forest has been one of the many tourist attractions in the Philippines. It stands out because of its uniformity in height, the spread of the branches and the thickness of the leaves. The tidy road and forest make it very relaxing to Bohol trippers. Both locals and tourists stay for 30 minutes to 1 hour to breathe the fresh air and hear the natural sounds of birds and trees.
